We offer FREE - First Class Mail and Priority Mail SHIPPING in the USA, on all of our jewelry, and art that we create, and also on other items.
USA orders ONLY~ allow 3-4 days handling time, and 3-5 days for arrival!
CUSTOM ORDERS: We are VERY reluctant to accept Custom orders.
Why?
Because we are so busy just performing our normal tasks and responsibilities. Custom orders take a long time and usually too long for most folks. So if you don't mind something taking a few months to a year to complete, then contact us, and we can discuss what you desire. Because of our life style here, our age and the daily demands on our time, and our creative flow, custom orders will cost more than our normal work.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We guarantee your happiness. May we suggest that you read each item's description fully before purchasing. Asking questions is also a good idea. The photos provided are of the actual piece you will receive, with exception to Ritual Kits. The dimensions are actual. If, for some extremely weird reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us immediately upon receipt of item, along with a description of your reason for your dissatisfaction and we will make arrangements for a credit for another piece, minus shipping costs, or a refund. All returned work must be insured for your protection. All returns must be received in the condition as sent from our studio.
Note- Free shipping is a gift from us, and will be deducted from your returned purchase refund. For example... Your purchase cost $24.00 and our shipping costs were $3.00, your refund will be $21.00. MI sales tax charged will be refunded.
Shipping costs are already spent and not refundable. Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the buyer.
GUARANTEE :
Our pieces shipped from our studio have undergone major inspection for errors or malfunctions. If we, for some very strange reason, may have missed one, please know that we stand solidly behind our craftsmanship and will happily repair our mistakes for free. We will also refurbish our work for a nominal fee plus shipping. Request a quote prior to sending the item to us.
We GUARANTEE our work and your happiness with it. If for some reason you are not smiling after you open our box, please contact us immediately. We will exchange, fix, or REFUND the purchase price, minus shipping cost. We want you as a dedicated customer, who will look to us for many of your gifts and personal purchases. You can depend on our integrity and backing of everything we sell.
We are not responsible for any errors made by the USPS. If they loose your package, smush it or are overly rough and damage the contents. We will work with you, but are in no way responsible for their handling of our package. It's the way of the world we live in. Blessed Be
